That ‘air fireball’ is just the air version of Yoga Flame/Blast we already saw as a combo extender in the trailer. No reason to believe it’ll have utility outside of that.

On a first glance I’d think #1 was Balrog as well, but the dude’s got the sideburns that scream Urien. Not to mention the pose. Balrog never raises a leg. 
If anything, I’d say Balrog is #3, with the hood up on his jacket.
According to these screenshots, looks like he still has crouch HP and standing MK or standing HK.
