When back in the RYU FINAL manga, it was visualized as a whole bunch of punches at once. That was kinda weak when you figure the hitsparks did come in different places, and to hit that many times in 1 second, 60 frames here, the speed wouldn’t really be all used on punches like an ora ora ora, and just be a Hundred Hand Slap really behind the curtains over here. You thought he did different attacks.

Unibeam, yeah he does do a chest blast but in movie 24 frames a sec, it kinda sucks, doesn’t even stay out 12 frames or be considered a full continuous beam and sounded the same as his hand blasters, so PROTON CANNON, come on Marvel movies. Do it.

So yeah…racial disparity is a huge problem for our penal system. However, there’s an even bigger disparity when you look at sex.

Women have much lower conviction rates and and sentencing than men. Sex discrimination is a much bigger problem in the penal system than even race (and that’s saying something). It’s funny to me that this problem is very often completely overlooked and overshadowed by the racial discrimination.

Being a white woman is statistically the best demographic you could belong to if you broke the law, while being a black male is the worst demographic.
