@Manx The sad part is that spoiler shows just a drop in the bucket of potentially GDLK indie games. So many gamers bitch about the industry being shit, lacking quality and innovation, but are too damn lazy to look beyond the few games with decent marketing budgets even worse these same whiny gamers stereotype indie games saying “LULZ indie games are ass” when I’d be willing to bet dollars to doughnuts many of these games people would gladly pay money for if they knew about them. Quality games going unnoticed causes publishers/developers to become more desperate and make the choice to water their shit down to have more mass appeal which furthers the ironic problem, it’s a perpetual death spiral.

About to get heavily involved in D&D 5th. Starting a group up and romping through the new Elemental Evil campaign that’s coming out. Kinda leery about it, since that shit is like $50 and it’s just one big giant mega-campaign. I’m even thinking about doing the entire temple complex as a terrain play set. But I ain’t got room for that in my house.

About MKX: I don’t even give that much a shit about Mileena, but she looked damn cool on stream. As did Takeda. Kung Jin is seeming like a waste of space right now, but who knows once people pick him up.
It’s strange. I hated MK after Deception and Armageddon. Then MK9 hit. Let’s just say that after I heard they’re delaying MKX for last-gen, my first damn thought was “whelp, I guess it’s time to get that PS4.”
I know that’s a redux of some shit I said before in the last lounge, but it still mystifies me when I think about it.
