I’m actually wondering if Superior Iron Man is actually a LMD or something lame like that. Marvel would do that. Fuck, I’m still waiting to find out what made Thor not worthy. That’s like all I care about in Marvel atm. Fuckers.
yeah, I’m pissed. Mileena’s 2nd was pretty damn gory lol. Funny how I’ve paid for the game already, and they’re denying me my lovely fatalities.
Man I’m not the biggest O&A fan. Got into them fairly recently, and listened to pretty much all the patrice and louis ck episodes. Started going back, I’m a few years into their actual episodes. But nothing compared to their history (and can’t get my hands on their early NEW stuff I hear mentioned a lot). Love their chemistry. But it seems when they got rich, they had different ideas of what to do. When they were both broke, it was great. Money eventually fucked em up, I suppose. But what really fucks things up is it seems Opie was hiding a ton of shit from everybody. Kinda hard for anybody to work on shit, to get better or what have you, with zero input. That’s a fact.
This whole thing brewed over, when Opie posted a pic of a bridge burning. So Ant laughed and admitted that was pretty funny. To which Opie replied with the now infamous “you’re worse than human garbage” comment, which was a wee bit overblown, excluding outside shit. So Ant then proceeds to explain to the listeners, who are still mostly in the fucking dark, about what’s going on. Keep in mind Ant has invited Opie to his show, to call in, anything, after getting fired, and got pretty much zero response. Now Opie is furious that dirty laundry has been aired, and he lost a friend who he wouldn’t even try to hang out with for about a decade it seems.
And poor Jim Norton is stuck in the middle. Anthony could use his help, and is an old friend, and they have fucking INCREDIBLE chemistry together (he has appeared on TACS a few times, check em out on youtube), but he doesn’t want to piss off Opie or Sirius/XM too much. And the listeners will not stop bringing it up, as they refuse to deal with just one of them on their own all the time.
I still have faith they’ll at least attempt to fix shit, but probably not for a long time.
