Yeah, my cardio game has gotten mad soft, so I’m going to start skipping rope hardcore. Just bought that Bane MMA mask from Amazon too. Gonna be a cardio god in no time. Used to do tricking and bboying back in the day, so I’m gonna start working on my acrobatics again… but before that, I need to up my flexibility. Probably going to have to set foot in a yoga class. I’m probably gonna be seen as “that dude,” but IDGAF I got goals to attain!
Bikram is no joke, did it for a couple months and really liked it. You won’t be that guy there was a pretty even split of people, of all sorts. Men/women, athletic/not so much all kinds. I’ve got a membership waiting that I need to redeem soon. My thigh is fucking me up when I sprint, idk what it is. It feels perfectly fine 99% of the time but when I’m playing sports and do a hard run I get a weird burning pain in my quad. I rested it all last week then on Saturday I got chased out of the pocket then boom. Pain.
