It’s funny because no, wait, it’s actually tragic.
It really is an incredible movie. The plot’s incredible, the comedic elements are so well put together that you’re just stunned, even when you realize the story has no real place in the grand scheme of life like most epics of its kind, it doesn’t matter because the movie is done with such conviction.
Guess I should also mention that I rarely find white women attractive either.

Watched The Phantom with friends tonight. It is exquisitely campy, some of the most telegraphed and awkward fight scenes ever, two hot chicks, and features a DBZ beam battle. I recommend you guys watch it. Stars Billy Zane, of whom will have you mirin’.
Oh, and I got around to watching Firefly. I haven’t finished watching the single unfinished season but it’s fucking good. Inara is one of the hottest chicks ever, that goes without saying. Great eyebrows and great voice. The Christina Hendricks episode caused a lengthy painful erection god damn. I like every character except Summer Glau. FUCK Summer Glau. I hated her before I saw this show that people got to know her, and I would have hated her if I was first introduced to her through this show. Every time the show focuses on her it is wasted time.
