With the aid of some friends of mine, a new base of operations may have already been found. Of course, it must now be seen up close. Hopefully, the neighborhood is full of pretty young bootymeat, ready for plunder. The house I’m presently looking at appears to be what I want. I still have to see what it looks like up close and personal, but the data I’ve seen online are promising. Tomorrow I’ll be getting on the phone to the owners to set up a look. If luck is with me, I’ll be typing from a new hideout.

The game subforums really frustrate me sometimes.
SF4 Chun in particular. (Same goes for the associated FB group to a fault…) Always there’s these people whining about her position in the game. But instead of doing the necesary labwork, research, and getting actual games in to help her, they’d rather sulk and complain and do nothing. I do my best to keep the discussion and vid threads afloat, but I’m turned off by the pessimism and lack of interest.
Then you have SFXT, where she’s much better. So I’m thinking if peope are really dissatisfied with SF4 would flock to the similar game where she’s scraping the top tier. But no, that place is even more inactive.
Tough shit on 3so too, that one didn’t really take off here either. I don’t particularly like the SF3 series, so no big loss that it didn’t get reso’d for me.
People really want to do no work and things to be handed for them. Perhaps I need to take another approach on this issue.

I’m finding it pretty hard to adjust to MvC3/UMvC3 too. I’m not sure I sit too well with the homogenized L M H thing, I miss my punch and kick buttons. I fear it might take forever to adjust. I’m way more comfortable with the old games as is, even MvC2 even if it’s not the traditional 3p/3k setup for a Capcom fighter.
I did school one young punk (the resident UMvC3 windbag) in the older games though, and it was beautiful. First with the god tier Wolverine of MSF, then with the good ol’ Juggernaut assist glitch in MvC2.
