Yeah, that Animaniacs episode totally aired since I vaguely remember it as a kid. I’m pretty sure it aired more than once too, like some of the (in-hindsight) raunchier Rocko’s Modern Life episodes, just because that shit flew under the radar more triumphantly than any stealth fighter.

Well, I would say that I miss my childhood, but I don’t. My childhood kinda…sucked, really. Arguably, it was worse than high school or even my recent “mistakes” regarding college, if only because of how little control I had. Of course, having more control during the latter two periods could arguably make either of them the “worse” periods, especially high school.

But, uh, yeah, I just miss good cartoons, especially when there’s shit like Johnny Test and half of Cartoon Network is now live-action.

I never said there weren’t good cartoons left, though I perhaps implied that. I just wish that they were still the norm rather than the exception is all.

He always makes such good shows, like with Samurai Jack, but they always get cancelled. Ugh.

I seriously the only thing he’s done that hasn’t gotten cancelled was the excellent Star Wars 2.5 cartoon for the prequels where Grevious basically was a bad-ass compared to everyone until he got his shit forced crushed so hard he felt it in the live action. That show was basically the starting point for the quite good CGI cartoon that’s been on recently and I say this as someone who is both not a fan of the Star Wars prequels and ambivalent to Star Wars in general.
