Good movies? Did I guess right?
Anyways, Inception had a Japanese dude and an Indian dude. That counts as like, 5 black people.

The worst part about Kick Ass was that that school was supposed to be this horrible urban school in NY where this white kid gets beat up by gangster kids everyday and there were no black people in it.
Hollywood’s casting racism prevented the movie from making sense.
Also, TDK is not a good movie for repeated watchings. That is why Iron Man will always be the better movie to me.
Oh yeah, I think I discussed the whole black people not being in most “good” movies thing. Black people just don’t have those problems that exist in white people movies. Problems like having a good job that is unfulfilling so you have to find yourself or whatever.
I really don’t like either movie after watching them at least twice in their entirety, and then some clips here and there. Walked out of the theater thinking they were both good movies, but later I started to hate them.
I had the same reaction to the DK. I think everyone’s gushing orgasmic hype ruined dark knight for me. i walked out thinking, that was it? it was good, but…nothing special.
No, not really.
I’m not feeling Netflix’s streaming selection at all. At least I kinda ran into the first mortal kombat movie. Unlike you fools, I don’t really mind going through a movie more than once. In this case, it’s not because the movie is any good, because it isn’t, it’s because of the many lulz it will provide.
At least Talisa Soto was ridiculously hot in that movie.
Come to think of it, pretty much all the women casted for the 2nd MK were fine as hell. If I remember correctly. Dunno about Sonya in the 1st movie, though…
Outlaw Stars was great, it got guns, rockets, magic, sword, space ships, psychic cats, cyborg, robots, pirates and ninjas!! You didn’t know what you were watching but you kept watching!
I know a dude that watched Outlaw Star only because he got a chubby whenever the black cat girl was on the screen.
Thank the Odinson I changed schools after that year.
I loved Egon’s hair, because it looked like he could use it as a reserve Proton Cannon or something. Better to look like that than to use the real actor’s likeness and shell out dough.
This is why we are friends. KotH has subtle more realistic humor and the charm is maintained in actually keeping the characters grounded and unchanging, rather than adding random elements for ADD comedy.
That mix was stellar, beyond dope!
PAGUA SONFAAAAA!!!
Outlaw Star was like everything I ever wanted in an anime. It’s still hilarious to me that Firefly copied almost every aspect of that show in its premise, Jeebus Thrice!
yes yes YES! Samurai Champloo is the only anime series I own all on DVD. I loved the show that much that I deemed it worth owning. none of that slimpack buget shit. I bought each DVD individually and I’d do it again on Blu Ray if I had to.
My man. See someone gets it  not very many things out there do random humor right…be it show/comic/movie/video game whatever. Only Invader Zim and this comic series Nedroid Picture Diary do it well just to name a few
is it weird that when i come back home from drinking and i don’t have a girl i just blast my itunes and hit the shoryuken media 3rd strike videos?
actually i watch more ST video than 3rd strike. fuck you if you like this sf4 garbage but whatevfer nother conversation
Outlaw Star was great where else will you see niggas shooting black holes out of magnums:rofl:
Random thoughts/ questions
Why dont Chicago peeps put ketchup on their hot dogs?
My gf and I randomly say "meow"to each other on the phone. Anyone else do something similarly goofy?
What action figure line did you have the most when you were a kid? I think it was Turtles, , then Transformers
Who do you think of Elliot goldenthals Batman theme(Bforever/Batmanand robin)?

Fuck yeah man, Outlaw Star is that shit. Easily one of my favorite animes ever.
Yes, we should turn every lounge discussion into how much cartoon network sucks nowadays.
Stay  SRK.
cuz ketchup sucks now. Put gravy/mustard/vinegar on fries. And I avoid it on everything but the occasional burger. Ketchup is too sugary man
I use a lot of Ace and Gary lines to my gf’s. I also have this annoying habit of chopping them up and tossing em in lake ontario when they piss me off
He-Man. I had a fuckton of turtle stuff, but stopped when I got this ‘talking turtle’ one where u fed a strip through the sewer grate on his back to make them say shit, but it never worked and they sounded like satan possessed backwards records. But yeah, I had like EVERY He-Man toy as a kid. Hell, I STILL buy He-Man shit every now and again (hugs his Mantenna statue)
outlaw star was legit. CN sucks now-a-days XD
I had more Transformers than anything else. Even though GI Joe was about tied with TF for the #1 cartoon for me back then, I only had 2 or 3 GI Joes…one of which I found on a playground. There were tons of Transformers in my collection; here are the ones I remember: Prowl, Optimus Prime, Soundwave (+ Ravage, Rumble and Laserbeak), Megatron, Shockwave, Ratchet, Warpath, both Triple-Changer Decepticons, Thundercracker and Starscream, Skywarp, Bumblebee, all Destructicons/Devastator, all Insecticons…sheeeeit, I even had KALTOR the calculator/watch! …yeah, and I wore that sumbitch to school! I also had Omega Supreme…got that at Christmas, so that was one of my favorite Christmas memories of childhood. I also had the autobot boombox guy…Blaster? Eh, he wasn’t as cool as Soundwave though…then again, hardly any Transformer is on Soundwave’s level.
Then I had a lot of Gobots, even though they were an inferior version of the Transformers concept. I also had a lot of the M.U.S.C.L.E. figures, the Army Ants, 1 or 2 of those Robotix things, and Sectaurs.
*I regret not getting all the Silverhawks toys… that show and franchise had so much potential that was never fully realized, sadly. All I had was Copper Kid. My annoying old friend Dumbass had nearly ALL the major characters from it though…he definitely had all the villains, at least. It was one of the few times in life where I was legitimately jealous of him about something…Dumbass also had a vastly superior GI Joe collection…this dude must’ve had nearly EVERYTHING, including the big stuff like that battleship/base the Joes had.
…this has prompted me to give our local comics/collectibles shop a visit next week on the way home from work. I need to buy up some more of my childhood memories again. That place (“The Great Escape”) has sooooo much stuff that goes beyond just comic books. I remember seeing they had a Megatron still in the original packaging last time I went! If I see Soundwave there again…oh yeah that shit is mine. They got fucked up last year with the flooding that hit Nashville; it’s surprising to see them back in business.
that’s where the chopping part comes in
