SRK Lounge: More like turned on by Lesbian Seagulls

“you have to memorize hundreds of moves”

…and these are the people getting beat by footsies and proper anti airing.

(Oh, ha. Since I don’t use Twitter, I hadn’t realized right away that the link mIRC put up actively updates the amount of comments that get posted in its URL title.)

When I clicked on it, that link only originally had 47 comments. It’s now at 627 652…even though I’ve only had it open for like thirty minutes. I’m guessing that Twitter usually moves this fast though given what an inane medium it is and how many people are on it.

So Cloud’s a necrophile? Because at least one of those women is dead (and Tifa probably starfishes in bed, so she might as well be). [/character hate]

:wtf:

I think you might have accidentally triggered Manx.

Every now’n’then I rewatch that Extra Credit Video called The fighting game problem to see what new comments come up. I saw a lovely gem that said “It would be cool to have a turn based fighting game. Replace button combinations with a drop down menu. That way to remove the complexity and focus on the strategy”
I’m surprised how many likes it has, most likely because the video tried to lay it out in a polite way but that doesn’t make it any less stupid, reminds of the “why fighting games suck” video I watched along time ago

Basically they want to turn fighting games into something their not, they want Fgs to become an RPG game wtf?! Lol

(In The Epidemic’s defense, Jenova’s name basically is a reference to Jehovah. Just like how Sephiroth’s name is apparently a random reference to something Kabbalistic.)

Final Fantasy is almost as bad as Neon Genesis Evangelion when it comes to using randomly religious themed names that don’t actually affect the plot when they don’t have to do so just because Japan views Christianity as a vaguely cool mythology nowadays.

Ironically, the Final Fantasy games that thematically focus the most on (opposing) religion like Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy X tend to avoid this.

Basically want fighting games to be like Godhand that these ziggans were saying was the best beat em up lol.
They were only talking about the tutorial mode though. They are trying to present an idea for a fighting game tutorial that teaches you the necessary tools.

I think Dead Or Alive 5 story mode tried to implement that idea, but I still hated it.

Any fighting game that forces you to train on the training stage in training mode is garbage. I need sick backgrounds and dope music to get into Zen mode.

Posting this because I want to see if it causes any crying

lol

So remember those 3 girls who got married, joined ISIS, discovered ISIS was slightly shitty and then ran?

Whelp.
@Starhammer

So VF4 and SFIV?

double lol

So what you’re saying is they understand what it really is. :coffee:

(Oh. Those comment counts were only for the new comments on Twitter, not the already existent ones. That’s annoying, especially since there’s doubtless thousands already and I’m not scrolling down and waiting for it to load just so I can see the very first comment.)

Basically, Cyntalan.

That said, it also is interesting to see it treated mostly respectfully as a living mythology by people who don’t believe in it, especially given both Japan’s previous history persecuting Christians and most other countries inability to do the same even though a bunch of them just believe in variations of the same monotheistic story. It’s just that you could basically change every “Judeo-Christian” name or reference in Neon Genesis Evangelion, for example, and literally change nothing about the story, at least that I’m aware of.

That video was fucking cancer, and BBhoody should be jailed for even posting it.

The dude sounded like some SJW crybabby Pha Get. If you can’t learn + adapt, don’t play fighters.

See, I cannot get a handle of Tekken’s complex movement. Rather than bitching about it or forcing Harada to change it, I simply do not play Tekken. I can take the time to learn K-dashing, but I do not have the time. So I don’t spend my time bitching about mechanics that I cannot master.

How hard is it to press b,b,d multiple times?

Stick to the pedo rhythm games, gayboi.

Really. For the weight challenged, even wiping their own ass is a challenge from Hades himself.

Boku wa hitori janai.

what torrent sites still work? I need to find the FE practice booklet

I hope that old folks smear shit on the walls in the restroom and you get stuck cleaning it up.
