I’m down to below 170lbs now. Ive deviated from my diet quit a bit because I just keep losing weight. I don’t wanna look crack skinny. I can probably wear pants that are a 32 waist now. I haven’t been able to fit into pants that size since I was like 25 or younger.
Anyway, its kinda cool not following my diet so strictly. I get to put sugar in my coffee. I don’t use creamer because that just makes it too sweet. I got use to drinking that shit black so one teaspoon of sugar is plenty. I get to eat taco truck. I love some tacos and big ass burritos. I can eat burgers and hotdogs/hot links with buns. I bought a box of hostess cupcakes. I don’t eat sweet stuff often so that shit lasted me a month or more. They were tasty.
Food tastes better when you’ve weened yourself off of the junk. Since I’ve stopped eating junk, most of the food I used to enjoy taste too sweet to me now. Also, foods don’t need nearly as much seasoning.
