What the fuck is so hard to understand about customs? It’s not like it’s some kind of arcane concept. No, I can’t tell them not to do random checks. No, I can’t tell them to hurry it up. No, I can’t announce they will do random checks ahead of time, because if they even told me they were doing them, the checks would stop being random.
