[details=Spoiler]Over here finding dumb shit to do with a character I have, got some levels in wilder and decided to go for a psicrystal. Well I know not all dm’s allow them to have feats but I am lucky with this one(maybe lol) so I found some cool non-game breaking shit to do with it. But it’s all thanks to good old Dreamscarred press.
I gave the psicrystal that martial training line of feats, just the first two to give it a stance. Needed that to qualify for the Sleeping Goddess style feat that basically allows me to get around the awful recovery method that feat line has to begin with. I think it’s like a full round action to recover one maneuver which sucks ass. But now thanks to Sleeping Goddess style it can recover it as a standard action like normally, AND it can regain focus at the same time. This is cool cause the whole using Psicrystal containment thing, with it normally not being able to regain focus on its own, now it does it automatically when recovering maneuvers.
So if that wasn’t cool enough the actual discipline that I took that was related to that feat is all psionic, and taking it using martial training gives you the psionic subtype which the psicrystal doesn’t have for some stupid reason. Gives you a power point pool and everything. All the maneuvers are augmentable like powers and the low level ones I got for the psicrystal are all counters that it can use on other allies. I am sure wasted knows which ones I am talking about, like that one that makes you take half damage from an attack with a successful autohypnosis check(it uses your skill ranks lol). All immediate actions lol. So while you are doing the good old Vigor/share pain combo that little bastard is halving your damage on top of that. Or if it spends enough power points can negate all the damage from a single attack. Meanwhile you are doing your own thing.
So that’s already badass enough right, but now you got these maneuvers that you can boost with power points, but you only have a handful, so you can boost them like once a day right? Wrong, two more feats solve that shit. Tap Animus and Awaken Animus. Tap animus lets other classes get a so called animus pool that would normally be reserved for the mystic class and used for a whole different discipline. But with Awakened animus it lets you use it for Sleeping goddess maneuvers. Every fight you start with one point in your pool and gain another one every round. So you can pretty much more or less use them shits the whole day.
Sleeping goddess has some nice shit to use defensively too, like I think martial training maxes out at 6th level maneuvers and one of them at that level lets you counter spells and powers as an immediate action as well. Your damn psicrystal would be putting in some major fucking work lol. Of course that is higher level, you can basically start doing this at 5th level, since you just need martial training 1 and 2, and sleeping goddess style. You don’t even need to worry about any stat requirements so if you are playing a psion/wilder you can use this to have your psicrystal gain focus for you every round. I wonder if you can give a psicrystal that deep focus feat as well?[/details]
That’s the real shit, though. If you can’t lose anything, then WTF is the point of playing? Also, in EVE, using cash is prohibited. People are just dumb and buy shit with money because they’re too noob to do it in game.

@Angelpalm I don’t really read 3rd party stuff, even though I respect the Dreamscarred Press stuff for the good things I’ve heard about them.
Pathfinder has gone the way of 3.5 in my book. Way too much information for most instances. I’m really leaning towards 5th edition for any future games I play. Or perhaps some other system that I haven’t even played yet. One of our players has a lot of system books we can try out.

High end gaming laptops aren’t really a new thing. Even putting in sli gpus and rbg mechanical keyboards has been done before. MSI, Origin have similar offerings.

17 pounds? Nice. Ain’t nobody running off with it. well, not very far I’ll bet. My major most complaint about laptop keyboards is the built in mousepad. That thing always seems to have a mind of its own which makes you have to get an external mouse. If they can solve that problem, I’d be hype.
