It is the banned poster of the movie that Vynce already said: it is Teeth (2007).
It was unfortunately a movie of wasted potential given it could not decide on what the fuck it wanted its ultimate tone to be on the sliding scale between horror and comedy overall. On the one end, it tries to take itself quite seriously at times and there are some genuinely depressing moments like when the main character’s mother’s dies in her arms in the hospital and the main character essentially is dealing with the aftermath of feeling like she was raped or at least “sullied” given purity culture, even before the whole creepy and sad pseudo-incest undertones. On the other end, it does a bunch of ribald dick and sex jokes, has the main character severely injure people like i i’s funny when the only person who was actually deserving of it was the actually rapist gynecologist who gets off the lightest, and treats chopping dicks off like a joke in general.
So it basically ends up like what Lifetime thinks a horror movie would be, complete with making every man either rapist or at least a hugely unsympathetic asshole. I am still disappointed in it even though I would not say it is a bad movie overall: it is just the (banned) poster child for how much consistent tone matters in a movie (or almost any media, really).
