i dont know how it will handle in court for this guy, but if he has a decent lawyer im sure he can get off pretty easy. bunch of kids being hostile towards an old man with vision problems, with skateboards in hand. im sure he could claim some shit of a perceived threat, and he reacted accordingly to defend his friend, and himself. the kids were clearly acting hostile first in the vid. whether that warranted punching on in the face and getting it poppin is up to the courts unfortunately, because that snitch ass faggot cant just take an L.
i hope next time they think twice about poppin off, and show some respect to the public. i see these assholes in cali all the time skating with disrespect all on the sidewalks, in the road, and in the way. 2 yesterday were trying to do their shitty version of a pop shove it which involved just flinging their board as hard as they could with no regards to really attempt to land on it, and one dudes board almost went into the middle of the fucking street. you can skateboard without being an asshole. go to less populated areas, parks, or wait until the area is clearer like at night and shit. just being a dick in the middle of the day because you wanna show off how much you can suck and land on your face is just dumb. they are young, but still, it doesnt make it any less dumb and disrespectful.
edit: the two dudes were on a sidewalk doing their shitty attempts at pop shovits alongside the busiest street in pacific beach while constant traffic was coming, and if it went fully into the street at the very least a car wouldve run over it, broke it, and or broke it and damaged their vehicle because this asshole is attempting tricks he cant do while holding a bag in hand. hell, even worse they might have swerved to miss the skateboard just out of reaction, and caused an accident that couldve injured or killed someone because it was at an intersection that this happened. this are young to mid 20s doing this too. something about skateboards seems to turn a lot of people into assholes and i dont know why.

Not long ago I went to pick my daughter up from the bus stop and some boy decided he would drop is drawls and start pissing right in front of everyone. So I pulled up next to him a little down the road and said “the next time you have to piss why don’t you use a bathroom, their are little girls and women walking around here” and the little fucker said to me “what, what?!!!? Fuck you!” The kid was like 12 or 13. Right at that moment I wished my daughter was a boy so I could tell her to get and kick this kids ass.
The next day that little bastard brought his older brother with him to scare me I think as he pointed me out to his brother when I pulled up. I got out of my car and stood right next to them while I waited for the bus, mad doggin’ like crazy and they didn’t say a fuckin’ thing to me (the younger boy wouldn’t even lift his eyes from the ground) till me and my daughter got in the car and were driving off. Kids are fuckin’ pussies now, with big fuckin’ mouths.

Y’know id let the smart ass replies slide bc i was a young punk at that age too. The one thing that truly pisses me off tho is dudes sagging their pants to the point where there whole ass is out(and they have a belt WTF!?) this makes me want to beat the shit out of them. SOmetimes its older guys (around my age) too. Like youre basically mooning me, my kid/mom/gf etc…i cant allow this.

You know, I was a young punk ass kid too, but I always had respect for adults. I was taught at a young age to not let my mouth write a check my ass cant cash. I don’t think most kids are taught such things anymore. The way I see things now and how all the kids act its they’re told the exact opposite. Talk all the crap you like because its your right…its your freedom…and no one can do anything about it anyway.
I mean, a couple years back I was pulling out of my driveway and a 3 kids were walking on the sidewalk, behind me. I saw them and waited for them to pass and then started to pull out after they were out of my way. I heard one say “Better watch out nigga!” and I said “dont worry, I saw you there.”. The kid said to me “What the fuck did you say? Fuck you” I was like wtf? So I stopped and said to him that I was just letting him know that I did see them and they werent in any danger of being run over. He started cursing at me some more. I pulled back into my driveway, went inside to get my smokes that I forgot and when I came back out, the kids were gone but the pizzas they were carrying were still sitting in my driveway. Im assuming they got scared and ran away. So scared that they didnt give a fuck about them pizzas anymore.

yea…how a kid grows up def has something to do with it. When i was growing up there was no “he’s only 16 you cant hit him!!” shit…if you ran your mouth you got your ass beat lol. Age didnt matter.
