My wife was wanting an English name. She’s never received or taken up one.
So I start poring through lists.
And I start seeing names that you know some black woman gave. And they’re on a baby name site. God help us all, the only people making up names now are women in Southside Chicago and the Bronx.

If any of my Asian students tells me they have an English name, and they’re Female, and they say “Jamiroquainiqua” or something like that, they are getting pushed down some stairs before they have a chance to reproduce.
