the ramones are a wonderful band if you are white
(Haha. Dave Attell has a late night Dave’s Old Porn show on HoTime? That’s interesting.)
I don’t know what worries me more about Million’s last couple of posts: that he thinks Asoka is doable, that he hasn’t watched Generator Rex despite the fact he routinely ogles fictional women & Doctor Holiday on that show is at least drawn “attractively” and with a nice voice or that he didn’t mention the R.E.G.I.S. MK-V at all despite the Megas XLR talk.
If it wasn’t for that misanthropic Facebook post, then I’d be shouting “IMPOSTER!” right now.
But you still saw it, which was the point. Thank you.
And it was more fact than me talking shit, just like how it would be factual to say that no one tends to read the long-ass posts I write unless (maybe) I’m quoting them directly. You know your opinion on most things is tainted around here for…a couple of reasons.
I see. I’ll keep it mind. I’d probably watch First Class first, though.
Wait, three? What else came out this year?
…Oh, right. Captain America.
hasn’t watched any movies in theaters this year
Nah, I remember the Disney thing. I’m not getting around to that until Thursday when NaNoWriMo ends, but I will get around to it.
I was forgetting something that I was going to say about Jeff Goldblum, but that can wait.
Pfft. I used to ride public transit daily until three years ago; it’s part of the reason why I walk pretty much everywhere unless I have to take BART. I’m pretty sure what I experienced every week was worse than what a mere handshake could do.
No you wont.
X Men First Class was like X Men Stew. It’s actually pretty entertaining in a popcorn movie way. It’s just jarring how much of a hodgepodge it is in terms of comic book continuity. Everything got thrown into the pot. It was like a not as bad Wolverine Origins.
Thor was good but could have been longer. It’s on a tier below Iron Man in terms of actual movie quality. The parts with him as a human in the beginning were very good. I’d give it a really solid 7.5. I’m basically docking half a point because the destroyer armor fight was so short.
Cap was great and really fit his character. It’s not as good as Iron Man either but it’s a step above Thor quality wise. On the VS rating scale I’d award it an 8.5.
This concludes summer marvel movie rating time.
Last Marvel movie I saw was Iron Man 2. -_- Damn you RDJ for making me like that character so goddamn much that I attempt to use him in UMVC3.
Youtube videos that are links to other videos are retarded.
Fassbender took Xmen First Class to near the top of Marvel movies.
I dunno, January Jones countered how good he was with an equal level of horrible acting.
Still, it was surprisingly good. Much better then X Men 1 or 3. Maybe a little worse then X Men 2 but that is because that movie had Colossus.
for some reason wine always makes me feel hungover, never beer
Damn. He serious. AND mad. Public transportation? All day? Better listen to him. You don’t know what is in those seats. NOBODY KNOWS.
-Starhammer-
January Jones was god damn terrible in First Class. Everything she did was horrible, even right at the end when Magneto revealed his awful new costume. He looked like Steve Harvey with a side of Red Riding Hood.
She’s a cunt in real life too.
X-Men and X-2 both share the significant flaw of not making effective use of an ensemble cast. Other than that, they’re above average for superhero movies. X-3 and Wolverine were stinky, stinky shitpiles, though Wolverine at least has the distinction of being the second most unintentionally funny of the Marvel movies.
Motherfucker looked like he was base jumping towards the helicopter,

Eeeew…
yeah probably true. she was awful in first class.
it’s weird because shes pretty good in mad men, anyway
See? I told ya he was serious. Once the lube comes out…
[details=Spoiler]PLAYTIME HAS ENDED.[/details]
I’ve never watched Mad Men. I guess it’s on my list.
Who could forget this from First Class
Spoiler
(has no idea who January Jones is; doesn’t care)
Yeah, I heard First Class was good. I kinda wanted to see it, but it’s been a while since I’ve not only gone to theaters, but gone to theaters by myself since it’s usually a noisy experiences that ends up being a waste of time because it’s ruined by other people–just like pretty much everything else in life.
I seriously think the last thing I saw by myself was Kick-Ass and I saw that by myself at like…midnight, so I was basically alone.
Maybe not, but it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve lied to give someone hope.
Jokes on you. I wear gloves half of the time regardless of the weather.
But the Vaseline inside is completely unrelated to tenderly touching a woman, amirite anti-Curley?
First class would have been better if it wasn’t done as an afterthought 4 movies into the line when many of the original Xmen had already been shown to be 20-40 years younger in previous movies. At that point you have to make sure the movies don’t contradict each other more than the comic books.
