Yeah, Torchlight 2 looks much more interesting… I’d always prefer games like that (and games in general, really) be released on console though. I’m picking up Borderlands 2 Tuesday… my first character of choice on that will be either Axton or Zero.
*Alien what-ifs— what if there’s a sophisticated species out there from a giant planet… and this world is so large that each of these creatures is roughly the size of earth itself… and they showed up in a mothership that is the size of our entire solar system… we would only be able to see a giant metallic wall approaching…eventually it blocks out the sun. That would just be one small piece of the ship. That would be pretty wild to look up and see people in the sky that are at least Galactus size. The human race would realize right away “checkmate…that’s it right there… game over, man.”
On the other hand… what if there’s an advanced species that’s on the opposite end of the scale with regard to size? Their world is tiny, and each of the creatures is only the size of an ant… or perhaps smaller…they are the size of sub-atomic particles…but they still have achieved incredible things in science and technology. It would definitely be tough to notice if they were already here if that was the case. Perhaps they could be hovering right in front of your face, completely undetected.

Console gaming can’t deal with PC. Too much bullshit in the console space (paying for Live, static pricing on digital things, FUCKING RETARDED patch policies on games, holy shit). There are system exclusives, and some things with bad ports, but otherwise there ain’t no comparison. Once I get Tokyo Jungle, I’m done with consoles forever.

I like how random pixel cutscenes on a 32bit console put million dollar movies to shame. fools cant do it how kojima did it. I dont know when was the last time I saw any powerful(watery eye powerful) cutscenes in any recent games.

It’s annoying just having to dodge people in the first place, y’know? I hate just that little moment of noticing the screen on my phone flashing repeatedly sometimes… or that moment when certain “friends” just randomly show up at the house back in the day when I was still living in that depressing pit known as “Memphis”… it’s probably also the fact that I’m just not quite as social as literally every other person in the history of this goddamn species. To me, a Saturday spent alone on a couch is actually an ideal Saturday. Other people just bog you down with guilt-trips, attempted manipulation, constant begging, selective memory, lies, and various other negative things that gradually increase your desires to brutally crush the life out of them.
Sometimes, I want to go back in time and punch Alexander Graham Bell in the face. That’s how much his famous invention aggravates me, most of the time. The whole mood of a relaxing afternoon on a day off… that starts to be ruined when you’re constantly hearing a phone ringing, or noticing the screen lighting up multiple goddamn times within the span of an hour. …and then some folks may even get pissy about the whole situation, like Why you never answer yo’ phone? Maybe because talking on the phone is an annoying piece of fucking SHITTTTTTT!? Maybe because I’d rather stick my entire head and face in a microwave than endure a conversation with you at that particular time?
