I fell off after Tekken 3 myself. It was a more civilized age.
All I can remember is picking up Tekken 4 and marveling at how Jin’s moveset was completely out to lunch. I tried to get into the game after that, but it was stupid and poopy and I’m glad I didn’t blind buy.
I just don’t remember my combos with Jin. Rusty with my Electrics. Jin seems solid as usual. Maybe stronger. back+1>whatever transitions faster than in BR.
last Tekken I played was 5 I think. In an arcade. I hadn’t touched shit since Tekken Tag, and then proceeded to fuck through that game with King in one play. Never bothered really playing again until I played 6 on a whim online, and got skull fucked.
I can’t stop sneezing. I literally took the day off work because all I do is sneeze. Dunno if I should see a doctor, figure some magical way to clear sinuses, or just get sloppy drunk and hope that solves the problem.

Yeah I picked it up because Valaris mentioned Trag from SRK had a hand in the game (lead combat designer i think???). Definitely one of the best looking games I’ve played in awhile, and most fun, and although I have some gripes with it, I haven’t got far enough into the game to see if they’re just minor nuisances or what, and more importantly, the good WAY outshines the bad. I can’t even imagine how more badass the next two brothers will be, and the eventual game featuring all four could be fucking EPIC.
