True story, I was playing a long session a week or so ago, at first I was getting streaked, but then I did some streaking, but then things were about even- 3 wins here, 2 there, back and forth. I ended up behind, but not by much.
We eventually stop playing. Someoene in the GGPO chat makes a comment, and I realize we’d been playing for SEVEN HOURS. Seven fucking straight hours.
I would do the same thing playing random people in ST. Play some matches, hang out, look at the time and go WTF?!?!

There’s this girl on Fox & Friends right now since her dad (military) showed up by surprise during her play. I’ll just say that she would be one to keep an eye on if she went on to be super famous. *certain grocery items are way more expensive in stores like Walgreens for some reason. I noticed boxes of Frosted Flakes and Cheerios for $5.99 each yesterday. Sheeeit, those same brands are only 3.50 or so at Krogers, and (of course) less at a Walmart…then of course you can get significantly cheaper than that if you get those bootleg store-brand versions. There’s one granola cereal I like from Kroger that is only 1.99…and another one at Walmart (Sunbelt brand) that is $2.50…heh, and that’s up from last year or so, actually… the Sunbelt cereal at Walmart was previously $1.99.
—Jessica Parker Kennedy, folks. Go ahead and look up some youtube videos/interviews of that one. UNbelievable. She’s just one example of the serious hotness that came from that show Secret Circle. I still miss that show… I was just thinking of what they would’ve done story-wise in a 2nd and 3rd season. There was sooo much potential there. I think one of the problems was that the plot moved a bit too slowly to keep a big audience interested.
I hate to look like a dickrider, since that’s uncool here. But I was calling him slept on in 2010 pre-evo when I played him over here, saying he’d top 8. No one believed me. I got laughed at when I said he was the best Akuma in the world over Tokido.
So honestly, I’m not surprised here. He is disgustingly good at the game. When is tertiary characters are so sick you’re scratching your head, that’s when you wonder. And having played his Dhalsim in vanilla, and his Evil Ryu pre-2012 (characters he’s never played competitively), yeah, he’s that good. He deserves it.
