The funny thing about the “new youtube” layout is I’ve had it on and off for months. They think peeps don’t notice when they try out new things, I’m just shocked it’s finally public.

This also reminds me that I bought the General Knoxx DLC, but I never even got around to playing it. DLC on the first game was absolutely outstanding… they were such good examples of how DLC should be done.

It’s clever in the way that it demonstrates how superhero artists make certain choices with how they present women compared to how they present men… but I have to admit, anyone who might care about it has probably already gotten that point before. It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out that most superhero artists are men, that they’re catering to the sensibilities of men, teenagers and boys, and that they’re not very subtle about it.

So, it would appear that we’ve got to that time of Christmas season–ugh–where obligatory “good Samaritan” stories starting making the news to try transparently restore or improve one’s faith in humanity. This even though pretty much all of these stories are about momentary materialism than anything remotely lasting, which has the added benefit of making people feel better about their own materialism.
Just another one of the reasons that this time of years makes me yearn for the usual “bad news” stories that the news usually masturbates over, like that news story of that guy getting pushed in front of a train–honestly, I surprised that hasn’t more given the way people are. I mean, Christmas basically started on Thanksgiving this year for Antichrist’s sake. Someone’s got Scrooge & Grinch & Heatmiser it up.

What goodm0urning already said. The cause is good and the method is hilarious, but said cause is mostly falling on deaf ears or already-seeing eyes, so it’s mostly just the hilarity that’s left.
