@ VS: I never said Doug was good. Doug was…is overrated, especially since I feel like Hey, Arnold! is an underrated version of it that isn’t nearly as “anvilicious” at trying to tout diversity. That said, Doug’s still decent overall IMO.
That said, keep in mind that all three of those new shows you said were good have been cancelled after barely two seasons. Hell, in the case of Wolverine and the X-Men, I think that barely got one season; whether that was one was actually “good” or just another opportunity to ultimately shit on Cyclops and fellate Wolverine isn’t something I’m sure of given what I’ve heard of it and having never been able to watch any of it.
But, yeah, the thing is, nowadays, if good cartoons come on, they tend to barely last a season or two while other tripe gets multiple seasons easily. All the stuff I mentioned got multiple seasons, even in cases where it got fucked over multiple times, as with Reboot.

In other news, the pizza craving is off the damn charts right now for me… I should’ve ordered one earlier… the desire is strong, it’s like I can smell a fat deep dish pizza on a plate being held in front of me right now. I could eat 2 or 3 pizzas right now.
…wouldn’t it be nice to somehow magically remove that sense of getting “full”, in addition to removing the possibility of getting fat or any other detrimental effects of eating 1 particular food way more than what is normal? Then, you could theoretically just eat that 1 food you like for the rest of time… all day, every day, FOREVER. I could do that with pizza… it just never gets tiresome. Words don’t do it justice in properly describing how wonderful that particular food item is… it would be like when Homer Simpson went to Hell in that Halloween episode… Satan foolishly thought he would eventually “break” from eating donuts forever, but he just kept eating, only saying “MORE.” every few seconds. That’s me with the damn pizzas… it’s never enough. Right after a pizza… I’m still thinking “y’know, I could go for some pizza right about now…” as if that wasn’t what I was just eating.
