Honestly, like the Scott Peterson case, the prosecution only presented circumstantial evidence which couldn’t prove Casey Anthony was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Of course we all know her child died either through murder or negligence; her lies and suspicious behavior has proven that, but in court there are different rules one must abide by.
What is interesting is that Scott Peterson got life imprisonment for murder with less circumstantial evidence than what was presented in Casey Anthony case but she got off anyhow. I wonder what factor could’ve made the difference here? I wonder…
Casey can now also write a book about how she would have killed her daughter if she had did it, not that she actually did it.
