Your math is iffy - it takes Mars longer to orbit the Sun than it takes the Earth. The further you go out, the longer the years are.
A 16 year old Earthling is equal to a 30 year old Martian. I think maybe that is the equation we’re looking to use here.

she looks approx 30 earth years old. mars has a larger orbit. in the time it takes earth to travel around the sun, mars hasn’t completed its revolution yet. therefore a martian would be numerically younger in age than an earthling with equivalent time.
