SRK Lounge 13 RockB used to be an actor, he made commercials under the name Mr. Six

i’m all for not answering the door if you’re not expecting anybody…but it’d make more sense to disconnect the door bell than to leave the door open.

EDIT: what sigley said. =/

I guess you’ll be reading about us getting chopped up…

(TCM is showing Godzilla movies? The hell?)

+1 to not understanding people intentionally leaving a door unlocked. Home security is tough enough as it is. I don’t see why people basically make it effortless for people to steal from them (among other things).

It’s worth it to increase one’s pain and injury by having one land on broken glass, even after a big fall.

Unless you’re Canadian. Or that’s what that one Michael Moore documentary taught me.

i grew up in rural america and i would just leave my door open all the time

if it was ever closed it wasn’t locked

then i moved to the ghetto for college and now i deadbolt everything and keep weapons hidden all over the house in case i need it in a jam even though i live in a ghost town now thanks to foreclosures and only have to worry about mexican drug gangs taking over my house because it’s on the way for some drug route they’re setting up and my house is in a very secluded area far from the town and cops

It’s not like we leave our door unlocked when we aren’t home…or in the shower, or sleeping…just during the hours in which the sun is up and we are home…

Might wanna be careful with the like spam, VS. Our regional matchmaking thread got axed by Wiz for that reason.

EXACTLY

**“We Canadians see it more as, when we lock the door we’re imprisoning ourselves inside” **gtfoh

You no tell, I no tell.

Chris Hu remixed!

Beer + Beef Jerky = Excellent
I wish I had a kiddie pool in front of my house to sit in.

thanks for the reply

appreciate it

there is a way to toggle back and forth. I personally already have my desktop looking like that.

Oh, I want to “like” this post so hard…hell with it.

I guess I just like living dangerously. Have for 32 years…hell, my parents rarely ever locked our doors when I was young…even when no one was home…

Yeah, no thanks for me. That looks ridiculously hard to multitask on. I’m almost close to switching from Gnome 3 for the same reason. Alt+Tab works fine, but it’s just not intuitive for multitasking, and that looks like it isn’t either.

If I got Windows 8, I would most definitely be switching to the Windows 7-esque default setup.

My dear God, I’m turning into one of those old men who are like “When I was your age, we had TASKBARS, the way computers should work! We didn’t have none of them there iPaddle single tasking ‘I’m too dumb to use more than one application at once’ piles of crap.”

I don’t know whether to be happy or sad about this development.

Film at 11.

God people i’m sure Lib locks the fucking door when he’s not home. Come on. Think for like…just a second would you?

Are you living in a family sitcom?

busts through door Hey-o Libby! I just gots fronts rows tickets to the game! Oh… am I interrupting yous guys?

lol…I’m married, what is there to interrupt? Another night of watching CBS programming?

Apparently the suburbs of southern California are much less sketchy than every place you guys live…except the Canadians…

Now we both know that’s no excuse. You can still get some kinky things poppin with the wifey. Daily.

Not in the over 30 married world. Here’s a hint people, never get married, it ruins perfectly good relationships…
