Not sure why you’re surprised about that. Even without fanfiction, given the nature of the Internet’s connectivity (for better or for worse), it’d be pretty easy to find at least a dozen people who care about the story for almost any game, even games where the story doesn’t really matter. coughStreet Fightercough

Whenever you land an Uber, the track rearranges. Ramps get higher, and drops get steeper. I wasn’t feeling it at first either but recognizing that its in “pre-alpha” (really? It looks damn good) means it can only get smoother. They seem to listen to people (hell, the team is composed of the devs of Tricky and 3).
