Furthermore, don’t you feel the LEAST bit guilty for taking his template with NO permission whatsoever? Seriously, what were you thinking, that it’d be perfectly fine to just waltz into his thread in a feeble minded attempt to get some help when it’s obvious the thought of bothering to ASK for PERMISSION didn’t cross your mind? You helped yourself, so it’s no wonder he got upset. He’s been working hard to fufill the requests, but he’s done each and everyone. The very LEAST you could have done is asked for permission. It is his work after all, well that and your version just flat out makes my eyes bleed.
Besides which you realize that this could easily warrant a ban, we’ve had folks like you in the past, bringing up the case of ‘whining’ on the internet as if they logged off of REALITY when they logged onto Shoryuken, smitten with ignorance.

I’m sorry to the creator. I’m a graphic artist and if I created something that basically everyone on a site wanted, I would love for people to start taking the template and making their own. It didn’t cross my mind it would be insulting, and I have a tendency to argue back when people talk shit.

I’m a graphic artist as well, it’s my career. And I’m being equally childish because it upset just as much as I’ve had the same thing happen to me on here, so I know how it felt.
Regarldess of the matter, at least you apologized, which is more than I can say of the folks in the past, thank you kindly for that.
I guess I just don’t see why it’s anything to get upset over.

Well simply because you didn’t ask for permission is all. I myself thought I’d much rather do the avatar for anyone who asked, but there were a handful of folks who wanted the template to do their own thing while still keeping the oringal style intact.
It’s clear that he wants to keep the style intact, font and all, so it’s obvious that he’d get upset, not only by not being asked for permission, but changing the style on top of that.
