If you guys are doing Pathfinder, look into artificer. They have a free feat called Jack of all Trades that lets them take 10 on things they don’t have points on. I would so down for this but no way I can make time for it. Shit sucks.

As far as psionics go I could link you some stuff but yeah as already stated they are abit tricky to implement as 3.5 unlike fourth is kinda vague in the application. I could help you out if you want but it’s up to Manx. Honestly they might bog down your adventure if you don’t have a good grasp of how they work properly.
In regards to languages everyone in 3.5 comes equipped with common for a reason. Race languages only come into affect if you specify that you are using them. Draconic is the language of all spells but you do not need it to use spells. Druids can only use druidic speak as it is a special language and Drow hand cant is accessable only to Drow as the over under on learning it is roughly 60 yrs human time. Everything else unless otherwise stated is up to the DM or a cross class skill. But Drow and Druidic are usually class/race specific.
Actually I think a similar feat to jack is in 3.5 in one of the books can’t remember which at the moment though.
Oh yeah another thing about psionics while they do exist in 3.5 general they got added primarily due to Dark Sun if I remember right so even in the other settings outside of Darksun they are extremely rare in PC’s or other races that aren’t outsiders or illithids.
If Manx is fine with it, then I could use the help and am doing my own research. As I told him, I don’t want to intentionally set out to make an OP character because there is nothing fun in that. Just seems interesting so far.
Language is so freaking weird. It always come up at least once in my games and the players go nuts over something really minor and takes them off track from the main adventure. Nice loot though. 
Knock yourselves out with the psionics. Just let me know if you find some weird feat from some weird book that you want. I’ll make an exception kinda like what did for Angelpalm since psionics was kinda tacked on.
Speaking of @Angelpalm On your class skill thing, I’ma just treat that as a non-issue since it doesn’t really impact your ability to play very dramatically.
Really considering just roleplaying a monk with that vow of poverty feat so I don’t have to worry about fucking around with items and shit. Then I can just donate my goods to everyone else and Neesa’s church of breastess.
