Yeah, Avalugg CANNOT be killed by physical attacks at all. They finally made an Ice type who can switch in with Rocks up and not die to Outrage the next turn, or the turn after that, lol.
If dude got Ice Shard, it would be too beast. Also has Sturdy for Mirror Coat trolling with its shitty Special Defense… I like the big iceberg mon.

Has anyone actually used the mirror coat avalugg yet, I wanted to test that at some point because it seemed hilarious. Maybe run the priority berry, get a second attack off after the mirror coat kill, or priority recover.
the only worthwhile pokemon electric attacks hit for damage with mold breaker is lightening rod seaking, everything else doesn’t take much damage

Mood technically is just saying Smogon banned them for so and so reason. Which is correct assuming he read it? I didn’t so I can’t say, but I think its fair to give him the benefit of the doubt in that part. He is simply agreeing with there reasoning I haven’t seen a post were mood is trying to push this on us. Just simply giving us something to think about. If mood brings it up we should focus more on the pokemon and less on the F Smogon talk.
Where I think Po is off base is he is arguing the Smogon ban which there is no point. You need to just leave it as is, we should do our own testing and stick to things like your smart points to counter these strong characters. To my knowledge the only things banned for SRK battles are the two front cover legendarys and Mewtwo. If you want to argue Smogon’s logic the only place to take that debate is were they can see it otherwise it will never accomplish anything.
I think we should try to separate the two threads a little more. The competitive talk spilled over into the other thread which I think should be more for FC’s trading and in game questions.
okay, i will admit, i did push some of the bans for us (blaziken and megagengar) cause i do feel we would enjoy it better without them, but it’s still up for a vote
also, smogon was never going to consider banning SR, they had a SRless ladder and it was really dumb

I think it might have started with my post there asking about an Eviolite Dragonair set…I posed the question there as well as in this one since I figured I’d get the most answers that way. Then more people started posting questions/team sets there instead of here.
Sorry about that, I’ll try to keep the team questions to this thread. 
Pretty sure the Smogon stuff came about when you posted that link about the statistics over there, which inevitably led to the talk about the Blaziken ban on Smogon and whatnot…which never ends well.
