If he was a somewhat well known poster, I’m sure it won’t take long for someone off this site to find him. Keep us updated on this and what happens (if anything). When it comes to the car forum I frequent, if a crook turns up in the for sale section, it doesn’t take long for forum members by the hundreds to find out their address info and such. No sympathy for crooks.

Plus isn’t mystic friends with a lot of SRK people on Facebook and Myspace? I’ve talked to a few people who said they messaged him on both about all this and he never answered.

Yeah. He got some drumming stuff, some beanies and some other stuff from Quiche and then Las Vegas Pimp got him a 360.
Altogether he got about 500 dollars worth of free stuff.

But he has car troubles so it’s okay.

That DJ Matrix thing pissed me off cause I am friends with a lot of people who got involved with him. And yeah, I was SS to continue as well. I had a lot of fun with it.

The way this thread has turned out has gotten me kind of stymied. I typically browse the SS threads every year 'round February so I can see how awesome some of you guys get with your ideas. Then I see how shady and twisted some people are and it makes me mad. I know there’s unforeseeable circumstances, but if things like that happen, why not go through the proper channels to be replaced in the exchange and politely bow out? I always want to do SS, but I don’t do it because I don’t want to get caught in a situation where I can’t fulfill a commitment that I made to one of my SRK amigos. Freaking 2009, year of the humbug.

These are the recurring ones I’ve been getting so far. Now please note that if I write it down, it doesn’t mean it will be implemented

-higher minimum
-much stricter shipping date
-regular status checks with organizer(s)
-forced tracking

Feel free to pitch your own or explain why one would/would not work.

And we’re still waiting for 2-3 more people to get their gift although those have been shipped and are well on their way.
