AC, interestingly enough, Osaka and westward operate at 60 Hz and Tokyo and eastward operate on 50 Hz, if my recollection is correct. The stuff that comes out from your wall is AC power and at some point goes through an adapter to be converted to DC power to your electronic(s).

Uh, nah bro. That writing is Mandarin or Cantonese, and that outlet is what they use in China too I think. Japan uses outlets like America’s but they don’t have any outlets where one prong is slightly wider, and they don’t have the grounding prong either. The shit is silly either way, imo… like the one that stands out as the most ridiculous at the moment is “James Olsen” from Supergirl now being a tall, cool “ladies’ man” black dude…who has also become a superhero, btw. :lol: It’s like they made sure to make his character in this show as different as possible…the shit is distracting in how silly and “incorrect” it is, man. Olsen is supposed to be some nerdy ass little dork white guy with red hair :lol: Another funny thing is that there is another character that kind of fits the bill, just not with red hair…but that’s the thing…he’s another character. The whole thing is just weird to me (and often hilarious) when they completely change a character around for no apparent reason
(except perhaps to score some political correctness diversity points…like a future X-men movie where it is revealed that Storm is actually a transgendered person…and that Jubilee has Asperger’s…and Xavier of course is now a bisexual…and Cable is a woman…not just transgender; they will retcon it so she was always a woman; the male we saw previously was an illusion sent to us by a sinister alien race from the future.
