i think iâm going to fill out my paperwork for an LLC to put this rent house in today. Limited Liability Companies are like âmini-corporationsâ that a person will set up so that if something crazy happens and someone tries to sue you, the person suing you canât get your personal stuff- only the money thatâs inside the LLC. my tenant has been giving me a few bucks when she can, but so far, none of it has gone into my pocket. itâs safer to not use the money you receive off the bat on yourself because if you get sued and you used some of that money, the lawyer can say âyour honor, he spent my clientâs rent money on dragon dildos so she has a claim on those dragon dildos.â

*It is a wonderful thing that basic cable eventually got over the hang-up with showing a naked ass thoughâŚat least we got some progress on that.
