I think Fei/Sagat was also a suggestion. Not sure about Yun but I agree with Seth also. Unfortunately, I hate gambling.
If you are too far away for a follow up BK after a seismo hits then I would suggest feinting for most frame advantage. Using MK / HK BK to cover ground depends on the matchup. If in the matchup, you want to get in, then follow up a seismo with BK. Whenever I do a LK BK after seismo is when I expect the seismo to hit (and to follow up with BK) but it does not and I react with LK BK so I don’t jump towards my opponent. It’s your choice, either way you get meaty seismo on quick rise and if you don’t quick rise. I feel that it is easier to time by chaining into a feint when seismo hits, but it is certainly possible by following up with LK BK. The one thing is that you have to do LK BK really low to the ground to get a meaty on non quick rise (assuming that you tried to meaty the quick rise). The trade off is building meter but requiring a bit more precision.
To get the IA BKs you have to not superjump. This is accomplished by holding forward or down before going through with the BK tiger knee motion. For the low trajectory BK, you need to give the superjump time to come out and then follow through with a BK motion. Here are a few input methods you can try:
d, uf, d, db, b + K
d, df, f, uf, d, db, b + K
d, db, b, ub, u, uf + K
That last one is my way of getting low trajectory BK. I would suggest learning it the other two ways before trying my way. The next tut series after the current one will be a techincal how-to tut where I will go over how to do techniques like IA BK, low trajectory BK, seismo chains, feinting, meterless FADC etc. I will cover it more in depth in that tut.
I would say anyone that covers Viper’s bad matchups. If possible, pick a secondary character where Viper covers some of their bad matchups as well. Fei is a really good choice. cough there’sareasonLatifplaysFeicough
That exactly why I like using it Floor, seismo the quick rise. I will still experiment with feinting the seismo on hit. Thanks
hey guys, what is the advantage on block of mp thunder knuckle fadc? it’s useful on offense?

From my testing, you are at least neutral.
Zangief can’t U1 you (1f move that punishes -1 moves)
it’s useful on offense?
That is up to you.
If you got them 1f links on lock.
MP TK FADC can be used for resets too.
Covered more in depth in the Ultra changes pt 1 tut and Resets tut respectively.

In regards to secondary, Latif said:
- Fei
- Cammy
- A Shoto
Hey guys able to do all the combo stuff with Viper and what not, but I’ve been trying to practice her OS’s and for the life of me can’t get this one to work. I keep getting an accidental burn kick but if I pause then the second cl.LK doesn’t combo. Haven’t got it to work once and my inputs look the exact same. Is the timing just that strict or does anyone have any tips to help? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_R6Yv7HBzc

Gosh, so salty for Latif. He was doing so good, I’m not sure what happened during his last match. He was completely off.
I’m quite frustrated to see this match taken away from him, just like that…
On a side note, watching Filipinoman’s Rose is even more frustrating. Feels like Xbox Live.
