De-interlaced mode!

I was thinking, you should have the requested character fighting Ibuki. Her background is very bright, so penciling out (or whatever) the sprite will be easier.
Think you could get me Jab color Oro in his taunt? Please?
Ok here is the deal guys.
The reason that the screen shots I have arent that great is because. My Tv is just a program on my computer. I have a tv tuner card installed and the reason it comes out a bit fuzzy or blurry is because the computer monitor expects a much higher resolution than just standard television. The tv tuner came with a program that allows me to take screenshots and videos directly off the program.
I hear there is a way to fix it though. It’s be what Dark Giygas has beem saying all along. De-interlacing. There is a program for it and I know where I can get it. However I dont know how to use the program. If someone could explain it to me I’m sure I could host much better pictures for you all. Ill post the program and the spec’s of my tv tuner in a few.

You don’t need a program for De-Interlaced, its a mode the DC runs in. Hold Start+L while you boot up the game, and once the intro video starts you can let go. The image will be sharper and less blurry.
Well I mean for MvC2 and CvS2. Unless they have interlacing modes as well

Oh, and what do people mean when they say “Pencil Tool”?
Just redraw the sprite or something?
Basically. Just recolor it with the pencil tool, gets rid of the blur makes it crisp. What I would do, if its for an av or tag is get it positioned, then pencil over the part thats in the av or tag so that part is clean and you dont have to do the whole thing.
Can somebody post a finished product?
Of the pencil technique I mean.
I, too, would like to see the end result myself. 
I’ll work on one later, its a pain in the ass. But if you just have to have that crisp look, its the only way to go.
