You know, sometimes PSN is just retarded, I’ve known guys that had to get off of PS3, shut it down, and get back on, or sign off and on multiple times

You can try direct to the modem. Maybe that’ll help. That’s pretty much all you can do. It could be the host as well or someone else in the room, so it might not be entirely your setup. Or it could be your ISP.
Who is your ISP?
What router are you using? Is the firmware up to date?
Wired or wireless?
Maybe PM me since this isn’t really a technical thread.

For those of you without headsets, just a reminder that a super cheap used or old bluetooth headset works GREAT with the PS3, far better than the wired usb headsets.
You can pick them up at wal mart for like 15 bucks on the cheap end, or one of your relatives might have one under a bed or something. Mine was in a storage closet and went with an old Palm Treo PDA Phone, I dusted it off and it works great.
I might get a headset so I can nerd rage out loud online.

Oh, I’ve also got a capture card and have video editing software. I’d be more than happy to record and post match ups to allow players see themselves and better their game! I could easily create a Youtube page Southwestssf4 or something. I really don’t mind. I’ve already got a page up HERE in case you have any questions.
