We are making a FR9 dvd and “any person('s)” using “any” footage at FR9 without “MY” blessing for “profit” will be sued! No question’s asked. We have a lawyer and we aren’t afraid to use him.
It’s cool to record matches for personal use, but I request that the TOP 8 in “ANY TOURNAMENT” not be recorded for making a dvd or selling the footage for personal gain/profit. This type of action will get you a letter in the mail summoning you to Atlanta, Ga. to goto court.
This is not a threat. This is the truth and will happen if anyone tries to make a profit off of what I worked so damn hard to build up for 9 years. Thank you for understanding and respecting my rules.

Ok. so i got a really important question about the xvsf money matches and the possible xvsf tourney.
How are we gonna play it?
will it be on someones computer with emulators or is someone bringing a board to put in one of the arcade machines. if a board is needed let me know
also still taking all xvsf and poker money matches.
also whos bringing the poker chips. i dont really wanna have to lug arounda a xvsf board and poker chips.
The footage was damaged and too many casual game recorded last year to make a good dvd. We are going to have a better system of recording matches this year. Hopefully everything will go smoothly this year.
We have someone that will bring a XvSF board sir. Leave your board at the crib.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Due to the fact that I just lost my job, I have to withdraw myself from money matches of any sort. So XSF, MvC2, ST, ANYTHING, are pretty much off. I might even have to eat only once a day until I find another job, and I doubt I’ll be able to afford drinking…
…but I’m still coming to FR anyway~!
