Question: how do you calculate the frame advantage after a FADC ? when I saw the changes about seth I was curious about this:
[Shoryuken]: Excluding the EX version, when the 2nd hit is blocked, opponent guard stun has been reduced by 2F. Seth is now -3F when doing [Shoryuken (2nd hit blocked)] -> [EX Focus Cancel] -> [Forward Dash].
so does that mean he’s currently at -1 on block after FADC ? if yes then how to you calculate this ?
guess no one knows how it works huh ? 
you’d calculate it the same as you would for any frames on block. You’re only factoring in the dash frames.
I personally don’t know since I don’t play seth but I also don’t pay attention because most of the time, you’re generally safe after FADCs.

even with rose ? because like this srk change for seth he will be at -3 now…meaning it wont be as safe as before…how many frames does Rose’s dash has ?

I had something really strange happen to me the other day.
I was playing a Chun and I was nearly K.O. but had I full U1 and the Chun cornered. I get her to neutral jump and activate U1, the Chun does a HK and it trades. I lose the round while the Chun is left with no damage at all.
If they are so determined to not buff Rose, they could at least fix this, and while they’re at it, fix her level 3 focus so that it does crumble when your U2 is activated and is blocked by your opponent.
Yes that it part of the downsides of U1. It will trade and Rose will only take trade damage.
Also, it is impossible to focus crumple when the opponent is in blockstun, that’s why you can’t do that with U2. There is nothing wrong with that.

Just recreated the black dress in photoshop. Rose looks really good in it IMO, and it would be a great addition if Capcom ever decided to release one more costume for each character.
