the netcode on SCIV is alot better than tekkens and i dont lag in this game, alot of people who i lagged with in tekken now have perfect connections with me. this guys is just mad because he thinks hes good but he cant prove it because his connection sucks. and why do you even care? its online let it go, blaming it on lag. how low can you go?
no, that fact that I think, unlike you, would make me better. there was sever enough lag to disconnect us, yah yah agreed you were laggy during tekken, and there was def. lag in our matches. sorry, but how are you to be believed? uhuh, you’re not.

not quite. u gain points and go up levels, but there aren’t various rank titles like in Tekken. also it doesn’t seem like u can lose points from losing. maybe bc i’m only like level 8, so it may change when u’re higher. there also doesn’t seem to be a level limit. the guy that’s ranked first is like level 112 or sumthin dumb like that.
oh yeah, be ready for the scrubs atleast in ranked matches. i’ve played like one decent person in rank matches. everyone else has a set of 3 strings that they do non-stop, and nothing else. even if u have a counter for it everytime, they keep goin. it makes me sad really.

Ummm…there is some definite lag to the online mode even at 4 or 5 bars. It may seem non-existent at that connection but it’s there and it’s enough to screw you over at times. Combo execution and just frames gets screwed over by this slight delay because the timing required for these gets thrown off.
For example, I can never get Ivy’s infinite combo to work in online mode but in offline mode I have no problems at all. There is a slight delay when I try to do the second relaunch that it makes it impossible to do in an online match even at 4-5 bars.
ok, so u do lose points when u lose, but they give u points for winning rounds and first attacks and whatnot. and u also can’t seem to go up a level unless it’s a “fight of destiny.” even if the amount of points u get would increase your level. weird.
I think it has soemthing to do wiht leveling up or something like that? I have’nt played too much online but I was getting that every match when I was on the verge of leveling up and just could’nt, heh.
As long as you have the max number of points for your current level (i.e., 400/400), it’ll be a battle of destiny, resulting in a level-up so long as you win. Well, as long as you win and the other player doesn’t drop before the win can be recorded (the two times it happened to me weren’t battles of destiny in my case, but it still cost me the points from those matches :bluu: ).
