i was playing around with f13 a couple days ago, too; i thought it might be good to use against other harley mains that know who to block her f2>tantrum stance. if you knock them down, whiff f1 and hit them with the 3 and follow up with MB PD, it’s unclashable. so is b22 super b22 trait.
when your opponent’s in the corner, end your combo with 112 SS and then do B22 for a low. if you’re planning on doing an f2, f13, or jump attack, end the combo with 112 12 SS. 12 leaves them on the ground longer than 112. the 112 12 ender also gives you the perfect timing to do a crossover jump 2 into 123, which puts them back in the corner, and then you can go into f13>whatever combo you use.
the only problem is it’s -8 on block and can be poked out of just like f2, but the overhead is like 2 frames faster than f2 haha.

this really isn’t even my find. i saw a video on testyourmight about this, but the combo they were doing allowed him to tech roll. i came up with this last night.
I feel really noob-ish about asking this but how do you guys time f13 f13 112 because online I can never get it.
you just have to hit all of them really early, especially the 112, or else they will fall too low. if you really can’t land it, replace the first f13 with a jump 2.
It’s so hard to pull off online though. Any buffs/nerfs you think Harley is going to get on the next patch?
i know, it can be annoying online, but it’s nice damage. online, i just try to input them even earlier than usual, but if it’s too laggy, i’ll just do the jump 2 replacement.
i would personally give her some slight buffs/changes, but not sure if she’s actually going to get anything. the ironic thing is now that her trait is buffed, i hardly use it haha. i need to incorporate it back into my game.
The last things I want is just a buff back to the old 2d3 + frames it doesn’t even have to be the 10 frames just a frame trap to b2 since they didn’t like the f2 frame trap that it use to have. I know I didn’t use it but I just got the game at the time and didn’t know how valuable it was. I also want a non malfunction pop pop because I have the worst luck and 9/10 times it malfunctions.

what if harley could cancel her cupcake bombs into SS?
People would complain that she can get in for free. Think about it this way, your opponent and you are about dead even and they are in the perfect range for cupcake. SS in and choose and overhead or low. If meter unclashable super and if not just and other chance to get the health down to zero.
i kind of wish her specials would cancel from silly slide like her tantrum stance does only because i often silly slide>cupcake from full screen but she does nothing because i input the cupcakes too early.
i’ve also been getting some pop pop duds in online matches lately haha. when i first got the game, it seemed like 1/20 of the gun shots were duds, pretty rare. i guess i use the pop pop gun quite often, though. i think the animation of her getting frustrated is funny and sometimes my opponent won’t punish.
That’s the thing though she’s all frustrated and stuff and for some reason most people don’t know what’s happening. It’s pretty funny to see though people jumping around or jumping right past her.
one time i got two duds in a row! they were both fully charged ones, too. i was vsing a batman. he didn’t punish the first one, but the second one he dashed in and hit me.
it’s this reason that i think fully charged pop pop gun should be a little better than it is.
hence why i said most likely not to happen
but it would be an absolutely awesome buff since she would have a midscreen unblockable
The thing about her 12 PD string is that you have to hit the second 2 a little later than normal then do 12 PD if its kinda around the area where you’re close-ish and its fine if it’s a little bit farther than normal because you PD reaches quite far.
there’s two major problems with 12PD ender:

firstly, you have to cancel the PD correctly, or else it won’t come out at all, and that’s already hard enough.

most importantly, the second jump 2 in the combo has to hit as harley is rising from the ground. as you can see in the video, i hit the second jump 2 at the peak of her jump, and it whiffed. this is “early jump 2” thing is what causes 12PD to be so unreliable because in an online match, you don’t always have a say in how early that jump 2 will be. sometimes you get lucky and land it as she’s rising, but other times it will hit at the peak of her jump or as she’s falling, which is why i like 1PD better.
the 1PD ender won’t push your opponent away like 12 does, the timing of the second jump 2 has no effect on the rest of the combo, and PD can be replaced with super. i’ve had my super whiff after ending that combo with 12 before, and it’s not fun.
by the way, i change my mind about that lantern’s might setup i posted earlier; you might as well end it with jump 3 112 SS instead. i never use her jump 3 so i didn’t even think of that haha. i’ll change the video later.
