What I never understood about Wayne is his eagerness to help the club. Wasn’t it because of the club his little brother died early on in the series. I mean his brother got pretty fucked up. I may be wrong, but I know it had something to do with the club.

for some reason I find the irish dude kidnapping a baby and the gang all traveling to Ireland to get him back far more believable than this season. It just feels like this is all about going “surprise!” at the end of the season rather than making the whole thing great until we get there.
I gave up watching Sons of Anarchy for a long time after they went to Ireland. That was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stupid.
It was needed to get the history of the club and why jt was murdered. The plot device to get there should have been better. But the backstory arcs needed to happen.
I couldn’t understand half of the cast that season. I should have put the subtitles on.
I liked the Ireland season its everything after being so drawn out that has killed the show. When Clay died it was extremely anticlimactic and that was the nail in the coffin. The worst part is I dont feel for Jacks at all anymore and that sympathy was the core of the show. Ever since he needle raped Wendy his character went down the shitter IMO. The gang stuff is so convoluted and not interesting not to mention the show STILL having the worst action scenes on cable despite being hugely popular.
The constant blue balls have gotten tiring. Jax put on some weird plan that worked out? Great the first time, pretty cool the second time, clever the third time and now its just w/e nigga.
As fun as the character is at times, I think the shit went downhill when Tig didn’t die. This is the one thing that should’ve happened and was basically shrugged away with “lol I gotz plans”
Yeah, because now I think about it Tig actually deserved to die. I mean he capped Opie’s wife and killed Pope’s daughter (though his daughter got it too). I mean dude was messing up mass. Jax and his crew have the luck of the devil basically.

Tig will die, but he won’t die because the story naturally took you there. A lot of the problems we are having now happened because of Sutter going “Ha, you thought it was going to happen but didn’t.” Unless something really interesting happens in the next episode, I kinda don’t care about this season anymore. I’m still going to watch up until the end, but I can’t say that it’ll be an enjoyable viewing experience. If this were a book, I’d skip to the last 3 chapters and then put it down. I just wanna know what the ending for the sake of it, not because its got me captivated.
