Oh yeah and almost forgot. For those who missed the post in the earlier thread that links to the interview that confirms Michael’s involvement with Sonic 3.
It has the excerpt from the interview.
Also some random mixes of MJ and Sonic 3 for those who haven’t heard them yet

If each episode were say, 6 zones long, they’d be about the length of Sonic 1 or Sonic 3 each. That isn’t a bad length for $10-15. And i’m sure they’ll do some kinda thing where you can go through all the episodes together as one once you have them.
At least this way if it ends up sucking ass you only bought one of them instead of buying them all at once and wasting more money.
I’m pretty sure we’ll get some 3 stage levels too. Metropolis in S2 was 3 stages right? P.S., I hope any 3 stage level that appears is not Metropolis-level annoying. Music was boss though
and as for the MJ-S3 links, Knuckles theme was always the one that sealed the deal. It’s way too obvious.
I dont believe that interview. MJ did music for S3, but he wasnt in the credits for that reason. The MoonWalker game has representations of his direct songs, which sound nowhere near the quality of S3 music.
1.Starlight Zone -Sonic 1 - brilliant design, every act was more fun than the last including the legendary ramp shoot (see sonic 1 credits) the music and atmosphere made this zone come to life better than a casino stage
2.Speed highway - Sonic Adventure- this was a tough choice having to choose between the windmill and casinopolis stage but speed highway will forever lead the top spot because of sonic running down a building
Ice Cap Zone -Sonic 3 (also in SA) - snow boarding…yepee!!!
HA…that’s some practical joke. There’s no way i’m believing that until some actual legit screen shots are posted. Hell I probably still wouldn’t even believe it if I had the game in my hand and was playing the damn level.
Nope Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 were all Nakamura
Michael Jacksons first accusation of molestation happened in 1993, S3 was released in early 1994 so I can easily believe that that they took his name off the project and probably modified a lot of the tracks but kept most of it. They even changed some of the tracks on the PC version of Sonic 3.
Chemical Planet Zone - This was the first zone I felt sonic was meant to be played. Could have sonic moving so fast the SCREEN had trouble following him often, and set the pace for fast driven zones (hydrocity, flying battery, mirage road, etc). The music was cool, and who could forget that nasty ass pink water?
Exception Zone - Pure badass. Not many Doomsday Zone spoofs aged well, but this one was very rememberable. IMO it’s better than Doomsday Zone because you can control 2 characters AND fight 2 different types of eggman with their own set of attacks all at once. The music was nice too.
Starlight Zone - Best zone in S1. This coming after a TOUGH ass labyrinth zone, it’s like a breath of fresh air. It really fits the tune after struggling last stage.
After reading a comment on one of the teaser vids I youtubed Sonic in Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Whoever said that his running animation looks great in it is right. I don’t like the way it looks in the teaser. I really do hope they adopt the SSBM style, because it really looks nice.
