Personally I don’t mind the news. More polish is always good imo. If they can make the game go from ‘good’ to 'great then I can wait.

now that i’ve able to see the run animation in higher quality…I guess it’s ok. Feel the feet look a bit squashed but that’s only a small nitpick. I"m more eager to see how far along this game will look in the later months.

The run animation looks speeded up I think. Looks like a cross between his classic animation and what they had in the original trailer.

the description says it’s an amusement-park adventure and it’s coming to Wii and DS. I’m not going to be negative until I see gameplay.

Sonic games are shitty by default unless proven otherwise. Too much precedent. Also, I see Sonic Team’s logo on this “Sonic Colors” but no other dev, so disregard the “unless proven otherwise.”
Dr. B and Jecht survived time compression. The universe wouldn’t allow that much raw manliness in a single point.
Did anyone catch the ones for the GBA? Those were some decent Sonic games, tbh. Though I still prefer SA2. And to anyone saying the Chao system sucked, it was AMAZING in my opinion, I think I killed more time doing that then I did beating the normal game.

ThearticleIGN put up on the game gives a bit more information. So far this doesn’t sound like it’s in the Sonic Storybook series. The antagonist is Eggman and the amusement park is intergalactic…planetary…planetary intergalactic. There hasn’t been any mention of other characters being added so far besides the wisps and you’re freeing those. Anyone want to start taking bets on how they’re gonna possibly screw this up? I’m putting $5 on Eggman using the power of the chaos emeralds to transform Sonic into a clown so instead of running through the stages he’s going to have to entertain people by blowing baloons and juggling. You get extra points for honking his nose.

Sonic Colors on the DS looks like Sonic Rush from the screen shots. not a bad thing. I want to see stuff in motion though.

E3 2010: Tropical Resort Gameplay
strokes chin hairs at this…So the game basically plays like PS3/360 Sonic Unleashed daytime stages but with some new elements thrown in. I like the dig ability and I’m hoping you can actually use that for exploration in the levels. Overall I’m liking what I see so far though I’m sure Specs is gonna hate it lol.
