I bought this PS3 from the best buy auction site when I didnt have an LCD. I bought an LCD monitor for my comp and was hoping to use my PS3 on it but turns out the HDMI port doesn’t work. However the AV out works perfectly fine. I did open the console to try and resolder the HDMI port because apparently there is a problem with some PS3s having cold solder points on the HDMI but the pins are very small and my soldering iron tip was too wide for the job. If someone thinks they can fix this PS3 or doesn’t need HDMI then this is your chance to get a 60gb PS3 at a reduced price. Again everything else about the PS3 works fine, just no HDMI. The top of the system has some scuffs. Comes with system, cables and a sixaxis controller.
