Wii version and arcade were released at the same time. Should be 100% the same.
As for running it, I don’t know if we’re allowed to talk about it (got a couple original tvc threads closed, I think >_<) but yes you need to mod it or get a boot disk. Info on it’s not hard to find thru google.
