That is correct sir. If you’re staying at DoubleTree, the shuttle will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. The shuttle will also take you to the venue (Proud Bird).

thanks for replying. yea one more thing. are their shuttles that will take you straight to the doubletree and or venue from longbeach airport because its 118$ in savings to arrive there?? So many questions because i want to save some money. thanks again.

The shuttle transport is exclusive to LAX and DoubleTree in El Segundo only.
You would have to find a ride from Long Beach Airport to the Double Tree in El Segundo. Once you arrive, the shuttle can transport you to the venue up to 1AM from Friday-Sunday.

Mr. Valle, any chance there will be late registration available if, say for example, I show up midday on Saturday? I’m guessing not, and if no that’s no big deal, but I really want to attend even if work is going to prevent me from doing so.

Late registration and check in has to be completed before the first tournament starts. Once the tourney starts, nobody will be allowed to register anymore. If we start letting people register midday, we’ll hold up the tourney. (Keep in mind we have to man multiple tourneys + streams + chaos that day)

SSF4 Top 8 $10,000 pay out: 1st (60%), 2nd (20%), 3rd (10%), 4th (4%), 5th (2%), 6th (2%), 7th (1%), 8th (1%).
Just a reminder that the Doubletree Hotel that is offering an awesome rate of $79 for the perfect hotel rooms right around the corner from the So Cal Regionals venue is only holding our block of rooms until this FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15.
If you wait until after that date, you are not guaranteed that a room will be available - it will be first come first serve after October 15. Up until the tournament date you will still be able to get the same $79 rate as long as you mention the code “Tournament Legacy”, but only if the hotel does not fill up with other guests first.
