both tokido and daigo(who happen to use tourny viable characters) have made it in without a problem,sako and gamerbee happen to use fairly unconventional characters who need to be in the danger zone to win and thus are always at a risk of being eliminated in small sets.

Right now, the tourney is in a rush to wrap up everything up to top 8 in just saturday, so we DID NOT see the final matches of Daigo’s pool cuz there wasn’t time to stream it.
instead of letting just top 8 survive to the final day, it’s better to make it top 16. It’s good for the player’s sponsor too like EG and BLG if their player is streamed on the last day, more exposure. More sponsors, means more great players like Vangief traveling to East Coast tourneys.
If it was top 16 on final day, instead of top 8, Gamerbee, Marn and Sako would still play on Sunday.
Right now I think it’s 4 pool, top 2 of each pool qualify = 8 players. If it was 8 pools, top 2 of each qualify = 16 players, it would be more fair for the players across the board, less stacked pools. Did you see the Ricky Ortiz/Gamerbee/Marn/Vangief/and other top players in one pool? wtf???

I gotta say. SCR kept it mature and professional. everything is quick and nice. after two ppl done, the next jump up asap. im sure lotta people notice daigo wearing head phones… you idiots know why? IM ASKING SEASONS BEATINGS PEEPS… cuz u idiots scream in his ears and fuk him up. like i said in the SBR thread, i could tell daigo was irritated, but he couldnt say it out when the staff ask him. of course hes gonna say he had fun morons. i just hope other major tournys learn from SCR staff and be more professional!! overall so far so good.
