Max had to bail due to an emergency. So there is a spot open if anyone wants to try and make it over here by 1PM Thursday(tomorrow) before we head out.

Your own towel for the shower! Especially important since there are so many of us. And asking hotel staff, “Uh, can we get NINE towels?” kinda clashes with our goal of keeping tons of people in our room under the radar.

hey purrin, do you have an estimate on what time you guys might get there tomorrow so i can figure out when to leave?
also, is there anything you want me to bring? i have a ps2 / swap disk but no small tvs. i might be able to bring a lcd monitor and a hookup for it, but i haven’t tested it for frame lag.

We PLAN to leave at 1PM and it’s about a 5-6hour drive depending on traffic and how much I want to speed. So I guess 7PM would be safe…8PM at the latest.
As for ps2’s and TV’s. I first planned on bring 2 TV’s and my ps2, but now I don’t think I’m bringing any of it as we have so many people staying in the room. I don’t see how there will be any space for it as the Green Valley rooms from 2 years ago were pretty compact. But don’t let me stop you…
If anyone has an RF adapter to hook a ps2 to the cable line, bring it. That way we should be able to get one onto the Hotel TV at least.

i could give you a ride back to your place if you want the extra leg on your journey. also, keep in mind that i have to drop off gene too
hmmm well let me see if how good a ps2 to lcd monitor works since that would take up much less space than a regular tv. oh and i have a ghetto rf to cable adapter but it does work… so maybe we can have 2 setups?
karl you can still ride with me, it’s no problem at all. and actually, since the rest of my friends have all officially bailed, i’m driving to vegas and back by myself, so if anyone one else lives in san diego they can ride with me too.
lol exactly how small are the rooms? are we talking two bed motel room small?
Purrin - i am no longer bringing my tv as i figured out that my tvs in the room work. So all i am bringing is an extra backpack with a ps2 in it. i hope thats better.
