Looks like nothing has been going down since last time I checked. I’ve been sorta busy lately getting ready for school and junk. How’s everyone been, and any news on another meet in the near future?
Tho I’d really like to have someth’n this month, it looks like itz gonna be pretty damned hard. I basically work all w.e. nights for this month OUCH! For the upcome’n 2 w.e.'s, about the best I could do is possibly some time in the day on sun.
Unfortunately Masataka seems to have gone utterly awhol, so I kind of doubt we’ll be have’n a last gasp get-tog of any sort over there. I’ll try to get to Ans to see what hez think’n. Hell… I might even see whatz up w/ droid, tho I’m definitely not hold’n my breath there.
Shieeeeeeeet… w/ how things are go’n now, we’ll probably all catch each other at the next Evo before any sort of Garou get-tog takes place. :bluu: On a side note, the recent boost in Garou interest is quite nice.

We need to get a gathering before at least EVO…so that we can prepare for anything there. I think that we can pull another gathering if everyone is willing to do it. Though it all depends on where we can have it at and how many people can spend the night like me and Giby. I mean I dont want you guys driving down here again since most of you guys live closer to each other. So me and Giby would drive down, to wherever we can go to play. So lets do this thing and I’ll make sure that I will make it down there with Giby. Alright later guys.

I’d LIKE to have someth’n go down for THIS month, but like Moo said, itz kind of hard. The best I think I can do is probably to have someth’n go down either at my place or Anz on the (latter portion of the day) 26th. Hez down, but he doesn’t know if itz poss at the mome cuz of his sched. I’m not even 100% sure myself. I’m fairly sure we’ll have SOMETH’N go down BEFORE the next Evo… but you never know.

Hey guys how is everybody doing its good to see all of you interested in a gathering, and is nice to see new faces. Lets not loose them and try to do something quick. Sorry I was out for a while but I was going through some hard personal shit. Now lets see looks like this month is nothing is going to happen, anyway the month is almos over so lets start planing for JAN. Since my I dont think we can do this in my place so I was thinking that this time we can get a motel the fair around my are are about 50 buck per night if we split it up should be pretty good.
Come on guys we need to start planing this shit now so it could happen, so start throwing ideas and lets make this shit happen in first weeks of the month
Sounds like a plan I’m down for staying a motel or hotel to get some games going ha. I guess it could be like a trip to your area in a way, a mini vacation trip. Well lets getting a gathering around the middle of Jan, like the 15th since it’s on a Saturday. Unless everyone has something to do that weekend…but if most can’t then we can try another weekend. I think what we should do is post what everyones schedule is like so we can all see what days work out for everyone. That’s just an idea for now…but I think having a set date would be best. That way everyone can plan for it and knows ahead of time, so they can maybe get those days off if they can.
Whatever you guys thinks works out best I'm all ears...so lets get this going for real guys. If we want to keep the Garou scene in SoCal at least alive we need to do these gatherings. So that once EVO or maybe another big event hits we can show what we are all about. I'm sure the gatherings helps everyone out in a certain way...even though I've only done one. I learned a lot of new things and go to meet some cool people at the sametime. Alright well I dont want to write a book or nothing...so I'll let it at that. Alright guys take care...later.

hey guys just to let you know that there’s another tournament comming and garou is part of it. its around feb (the cheapest time to buy tickets) so let me know if you’re interested.
Well, I’ll be down in LA during the Xmas weekend… but I’m sure several people have other things to do thru-out that weekend… and I doubt people would be avail during the weekdays. Nonetheless… I wouldn’t mind playing some new faces if anyone was available.
I’m free everyday in Jan except for the 6th, if anything comes up, I’ll let you guys know.

Yo, im new to this thread. just found out that sum peepz in suthern Cal wanted to getogether. Im pretty much from O.C so iono when u guys are hosting a get together shit. What games do u guys play most of the time? cvs2, 3s, mvc2, tekken?
Uhhh…Garou and mainly SNK games…though I play just about any game out there these days. Everyone has their taste when it comes to what games to play at get togethers. Most of the time people just bring what they want to play and try getting people to play. I dont mind that myself…but since this is mainly a Garou gathering…that would be the game everyone would want to play. Since we barely get a chance to really play high level play in Garou with other great players. So it gives us a chance to get together and show what we can do at high level play.
Hopefully we get a gathering around Jan so we can start gearing up for EVO or any other SNK tournies coming up. Like I said before anyone is welcomed to come to the gatherings, I'm sure everyone else would agree with me. Especially since there aren't many Garou players or at least big group get togethers for Garou. Alright well that's all I wanted to really post...keep playing everyone and I'll hopefully see everyone again soon. Later.
