How about all of us just go to one location and force them to let us use sticks? I’ve been trying to butter up the guy in charge at lincoln. I wouldn’t mind lending my stick for the duration of the tourney.

Rules don’t say that. It says you must use the controllers provided by the store if I’m not mistaken. That doesn’t necessarily imply pads, or am I being optimistic?
I might come in the day before or earlier before everyone else comes to lend them the stick. The rules DO say we can’t bring our own controllers.

Different locations will basically do their own thing. If you’re lucky enough to run into a GameStop that’s willing to “bend” the rules, then that’s awesome. Personally, I accepted the fact that I’ll be playing on a 360 pad and will have to bitch about controllers as I walk out the GameStop.
