online is not really working for me atm. right now i only have movesets for Chie and Aigis.
We’ll I’ve been trying to do a ton of different combos with Naoto, she doesn’t have anything that’s really a threat other than the Fatal Counter. I guess she was totally meant to be a keep away character 
Honestly they did such a good job providing this small roster with unique abilities because before the game released I was dead set on only using Naoto or Teddie. Today I bought the game and tried out the challenge modes on Naoto & Teddie (to get a feel for the game and the characters) and then tried out Aigis and Kanji and thought about maining one of these four…I’m pretty confused on who to use lol They all seem unique and really interesting with varying mechanics. But maybe Aigis or Naoto will come out on top of those four.

indeed a good job. I love how they put in a rather “small” (in comparison) rooster, but make every character very unique². this way it’s more fun and you only have to learn 12 matchups in the beginning, which means you can get into it quicker.

you’re not a very good fighting game player if it’s that easy to disregard a character(liz). you think just because a character is slow they can’t be a threat? i see you have alot to learn.
There are still a lot of characters I need to explore, but right now it’s looking like Akihiko and/or Aegis.
Picked Yu for the sake of simplicity right now, but I’m actually planning on playing Yosuke who looks very fun but is so fast that I can’t follow him yet lol.

Titsuru at the moment. She was my favorite in P3 and my favorite stylistically in this game. It helps that she’s pretty damn good =)
I’m loving Mitsuru so far, and like someone else stated, she’s a charge character I can get used to using. Nice range on normals and Persona attacks and deals good damage. I guess her only weakness is that she has limited attack options. The fact she doesn’t really have a proper projectile also hurts, since the D attacks doesn’t hit up close, and if the opponent blocks it, there’s a lot of ending lag.
Hardest match ups would be Yukiko and Yu. Yukiko because it’s hard to outzone her, and Yu because he has way more options to attack. Good damage, good health, projectile, slide, dive kick, DP, and a full screen super, while all you have is range and passive zoning I use Aigis for these match ups for this reason.

i almost lost (5% Health left) because he used taht drill thingy on me and got behind me and canceled into super.
